★ ★ ★ ★ ★ No es recomendable comprar en CVdirecto ya que tu envio supuestamente llega hasta domicilio y NO ES ASI, te hacen ir hasta una sucursal y si no vas hasta la sucursal devuelven el pedido a el lugar de oriengen. (Y no vivo en la exactamente en las sucursales cerca de la ciudad) asi que gasta mas y eso que pagas por el envio supuestamente y gaste mas para trasladarme hasta donde tenian mi pedido.
It is not advisable to buy in CVdirecto since your shipment supposedly arrives at home and IT IS NOT, they make you go to a branch and if you do not go to the branch they return the order to the place of origin. (And I don't live exactly in the branches near the city) so you spend more and that you supposedly pay for shipping and I spent more to move to where they had my order.

Un envío cobrado de GDL a Puebla como next day delivery se tardó 4 días.
Era mas rápido por camión y seguramente más barato.
Que pena trabajar en esta empresa de "servicio".
Terrible service, the information on their platform is not updated and they do not respond by phone.
A shipment collected from GDL to Puebla as next day delivery took 4 days.
It was faster by truck and surely cheaper.
What a shame to work in this "service" company.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Estoy totalmente decepcionada de esta empresa, se me hace una porquería. Se enviaron dos paquetes uno lo enviaron a otro lado y cuando lo regresaron a destino llegó abierto y roto. Y el otro llegó roto totalmente y sin la otra parte. Y para reembolso dicen que falta evidencias cuando se enviaron fotos. No se si quieran el vídeo donde salga cuando lo aventaron ,lo abrieron y volvieron a cerrar sus empleados. No quieren hacer reembolso. Saben cuándo los voy a recomendar NUNCA. Foto del antes . Y foto del después enviado por estafeta. La maquinaria se fue aparte y le robaron piezas.
I am totally disappointed in this company, it makes me crap. Two packages were sent, one was sent to another place and when it was returned to its destination it arrived open and broken. And the other arrived totally broken and without the other part. And for reimbursement they say that evidence is missing when photos were sent. I don't know if you want the video where it comes out when they threw it, opened it and closed their employees again. They don't want to refund. They know when I will NEVER recommend them. Before photo. And after photo sent by courier. The machinery went apart and parts were stolen.
