Pagamos un reparación de un refrigerador, de el cual nos dijeron que la pieza no les había llegado solicitamos nuestra devolución de dinero y hasta la fecha ha sido un martirio poder contactar con algún responsable que nos de una respuesta de la devolución, no se los recomiendo para nada

Pesima atencion, se realizo el pago de un servicio a dos hornos y llevo 2 semanas sin recibir al tecnico. La espera en el telefono es eterna, no resuelven nada y se pasan la bolita unos a otros. se pide hablar con algun gerente y no se dignan en comunicarlo. No vuelvo a tomar los servicios de este fraudulento negocio. Personal sumamente despota y mal educados

Tienen el peor servicio de postventa e instalación, son un dolor de cabeza, no les recomiendo en absoluto que compren equipos con ellos. Euromex, quien les da el servicio igual

PESIMO SERVICIO. La persona de ventas nunca me contestó mis correos, ni mis mensajes por teléfono. Cuando por fin logre que me la comunicaran, ah porque es la única persona en toda la empresa que me puede atender, tardó 1 semana en cotizarme. Se le hizo el pago y medio tiempo de entrega de 3-4 semanas. Tardaron 5 y media y eso por mi insistencia ya con el gerente, porque siguió la misma de no poderme comunicar con la de ventas. Ayer recibí mi pedido pero no me mandan la factura, claro que no me contesta los correos. PESIMO SERVICIO.

Pésimo servicio y atención. No les recomiendo que compren hornos con Grupo Alpha, ya que tendrán que lidiar con Euromex (la empresa que dará servicio a sus equipos) y es un martirio. Además si compran algo en alguna expo y les ofrecen "2 años de garantía" y las perlas de la virgen, no lo van a respetar "porque son dos empresas separadas". Tuve una falla grave en un horno, no respetaron la garantía extendida y todavía al solicitar de manera URGENTE las refacciones (y pagárselas, las mandan por barco y me dicen que va a tardar más de 2 meses. Al final, la solución a su problema no fue la refacción de 5 mil pesos sino un fusible electrónico de 3 pesos (precio real), pero ya había pagado su refacción. ACTUALIZACIÓN 4 MESES DESPUÉS. Tuve una falla en otro equipo que compré con ellos. Tardaron 2 meses en programar la visita para revisión (tuve que comprar otro equipo ya que la operación no me daba) y llevan ya 4 meses sin mandarme cotización de refacciones. Pésimo servicio. Actualización 6/mayo/19. Me enviaron las refacciones después de 6 meses de solicitarlas y después de 8 meses de que el equipo falló. Me cobraron el doble de lo que originalmente me dijeron que costaban (5mil pesos) y resultaron ser 3 piezas de plástico de no más de 8cm de diametro, que problemente se vuelvan a romper.

They charged me twice what they originally told me they cost (5mil pesos) and they turned out to be 3 plastic pieces of no more than 8cm in diameter, which would probably break again.

Lentos, informales, ineficientes, nada profesionales, aparentan ser una empresa que sabe lo que hace, pero es todo lo contrario se la pasan tirándose la bolita unos con otros y nadie se hace responsable del trabajo que debieran hacer, alpha simet/euromex el perfecto dúo de ineptitud e irresponsabilidad
