★ ★ ★ ★ ★ En mi segunda sesión si he logrado ver algunos cambios y me creo que es bastante avance, lo que si me incómoda y me desagrada mucho es que cada vez que voy insisten en venderme más áreas sin importarles que mil veces les diga que no.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Cuentan con todos los protocolos sanitarios ante el CoVid-19, la atención es muy cálida y personal, la enfermera que aplica el láser es muy profesional, te trata con mucho tacto y te explica todo el procedimiento.
En general todas las chicas tienen una atención muy cálida y profesional.

Te enamoran hasta que tienes algún problema, no se hacen responsable, llamo y llamo al call center de Europiel y solo me cuelgan y vuelvo a llamar y me cuelgan pagué más de 70 mil pesos! Y me cancelaron paquetes, nadie me soluciona! La chica de recepción tuvo que llamar para intentar solucionar mi problema porque a mi me cuelgan en cuanto empiezo a reclamar.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ La atención es muy buena, pero he tenido muchos problemas en cuanto a los pagos,pues para vender te hacen un contrato, pero te dicen que el sistema no permite hacer los cambios, pero que no hay problema,y al final,te cobran lo que está en el contrato,ya me pasó varias veces, y la verdad sigo ahí por qué veo buenos resultados, y la enfermera es muy amable, también las recepcionistas, me estuvieron apoyando con el call Center,pues ahí es donde radica el problema

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Me comunique por redes sociales y Wsapp, no quieren pasarme precios y exigen ir a valoración previa. Todos los mensajes están enfocados en la venta y no entienden lo que pedis. Yo vivo en isla mujeres lo que implica cruzar en ferri solo por ver si me valoran y q me den precios... Es una perdida de dinero y tiempo y q no se tiene! Deberían de publicar sus valores por sesiones como otras empresas para que las personas evalúen ellas si les es adecuado antes de elegir o no está empresa. Muy mal manejo del marketing de atención al cliente!

All the messages are focused on the sale and do not understand what you ask for. I live on Isla Mujeres, which implies crossing by ferry just to see if they value me and give me prices... It's a waste of money and time and you don't have it! They should publish their values by sessions like other companies so that people can evaluate them if it is suitable for them before choosing this company or not. Very poor management of customer service marketing!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fui a pedir información ya que jamás he hecho este tipo de procedimientos y las que atienden me querían vender lo que ellas querían, yo sólo quería 2 zonas y ellas a fuerza querían que me hiciera 3, incluso me cuestionaron cuánto dinero traía al momento y cuánto dinero gano. Me sentí tan incómoda que salí corriendo de ahí, entiendo que quizás ganen por comisión, pero fue realmente incómodo y cero profesional. En cuanto a los aparatos y procedimiento, no me dijeron casi nada, sería bueno que mejoren sus técnicas para vender y el trato al cliente.

Where do I start, too long to go through the whole experience, basically the service was terrible they try to up prices when they see a non Mexican wanted to charge me $40,000 peso(almost $ 2500 can) but when I told them the other location told me $14,000 peso they changed their tune!
I made the stupid mistake of agreeing to the package for$14,000 peso and gave them my credit card.
Long story short they kept charging my credit card before I even had a session and ended up charging my credit card more then agreed.
When I only had two sessions and seen no changes whatsoever their laser does not work!!!
End of the day I was out of pocket and had to cancel my credit card... buyer beware!!!
