★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ignacio and the folks from Coyote Adventures & Mezcal Unión gave us a wonderful tour and lots of little tastings of some truly delicious Espadín, Tepeztate, and Cuixe, as well as Nacho's personal marca Meztlán (maguey Jabalí, the red bottle) which tasted like the air after rain. 10/10, go. But you may have to go with a tour. To really see how to enjoy life, talk to Zeus.
