★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Tengo dos horas comunicándome a la farmacia para servicio a domicilio y simplemente contestan y cuelgan el teléfono.....entonces para que anuncian servicio a domicilio si no quieren atender
I have two hours contacting the pharmacy for home delivery and they simply answer and hang up the phone ..... so they can announce home delivery if they don't want to attend

Nunca tienen nada, y todo el tiempo es una complicación sobretodo con aseguradora.
La que atiende no puede corroborar con la aseguradora porque “trabaja para Farmatodo, no para la aseguradora”. Si no quieren esas ventas que no se afilien con aseguradoras.
NO RECOMIENDO
Terrible service.
They never have anything, and all the time it is a complication, especially with an insurance company.
The one who attends cannot confirm with the insurer because “she works for Farmatodo, not for the insurer”. If you don't want those sales, don't affiliate with insurance companies.

Pésimo servicio de este lugar.
Me dieron un medicamento equivocado, lo bueno es que me di cuenta antes de utilizarlo.
Y si fuera poco, tienen envases de garrafones con agua y no pueden venderlos "por no estar la encargada", les pedí que le avisaran para que les dieran el permiso y no hicieron nada.

Terrible service from this place.
They gave me the wrong medicine, the good thing is that I realized it before I used it.
And if that weren't enough, they have bottles of water and they can't sell them "because the person in charge isn't there." I asked them to let them know so they could give them permission and they didn't do anything.
