★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Buena ubicación, le doy 3 estrellas solamente por que hay dos personas que atienden ahí que de verdad tienen actitud de servicio y son amables. Me tocó que me atendiera un señor que le pedí un medicamento y me dijo que "no hay" pero como dándome a entender que no lo venden así cuando si lo venden. El problema con farmacia Guadalajara, y lo que la caracteriza lamentablemente siempre han sido empleados no capacitados y desmotivados que tratan mal a los clientes. Nunca saben donde están los medicamentos y siempre están de mal humor. Estaes nueva y lamentablemente ya brinda el mismo mal servicio que las demás. Nunca he visto a un gerente, supervisor o auditor revisando como atiende el personal en eso les falla mucho. No hacen encuestas reales de satisfacción al cliente solo te ponen una encuesta de caritas en la vouchera. Como empleado que soy entiendo que hay muchos clientes conflictivos en todos los comercios, pero muchos no somos conflictivos y recibimos un mal servicio. La única razón por la que aún soy cliente de farmacias guadalajara es por sus buenos precios y su variedad de artículos. Mal servicio me he encontrado en oxxo, farmacon, farmacias similares, etc. Ninguna exenta, pero tambien hay buenos empleados, en fin es mi humilde opinión, los empleados representan a la empresa y como clientes tenemos derecho a expresarnos y mas cuando recibimos mal servicio, ojalá algún día esta situación cambie con ustedes.
Good location, I give 3 stars just because there are two people who attend there who really have an attitude of service and are friendly. It was my turn to be treated by a man who asked him for a medication and he told me that there is "no" but as if to imply that they do not sell it that way when they do. The problem with Guadalajara pharmacy, and what characterizes it unfortunately have always been untrained and unmotivated employees who treat clients badly. They never know where the medications are and they are always in a bad mood. You are new and unfortunately already provides the same bad service as the others. I have never seen a manager, supervisor or auditor reviewing how the staff attends to that much fails them. They don't do real customer satisfaction surveys, they just put a smiley survey on the vouchera. As an employee I am understand that there are many conflicting customers in all businesses, but many of us are not conflicted and receive poor service. The only reason I am still a client of Guadalajara pharmacies is because of its good prices and its variety of items. Bad service I have found in oxxo, farmacon, similar pharmacies, etc. None exempt, but there are also good employees, in short it is my humble opinion, employees represent the company and as customers we have the right to express ourselves and more when we receive bad service, hopefully one day this situation changes with you.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Jamás Vuelvo a esta sucursal centro la verdad atención pésima y eso que está en pleno centro de la ciudad y no tiene los productos personales que yo buscaba el tiempo es valioso y porfavor el que me atendió fue a almacén hacer como que buscaba lo que yo necesitaba y regreso rápido diciendo que no hay que varía el surtido en las tiendas
