Pesimo servicio no tienen suficientes lineas telefonicas donde comuicarse no me llega el recibo para colmo tengo que hacer su trabajo de estar al pendiente de cuanto voy a pagar y cuando, para ir a solicitar mi recibo y pagarlo pesimo servicio una estrella para poder hacer el comentario porque hasta eso , si se pudiera haria el comentario sin ponerles ninguna estrellla ni se la merecen

Por motivo de pandemia deberian atender vía telefónica para aclaraciones de cobros indebidos. Hasta se puede enviar recibo por whatapp aunque no es necesario porque con el No de servicio pueden consultar en su base de datos y resolver. Que les pasa?
Due to a pandemic, they should answer by telephone for clarification of improper charges. You can even send a receipt by whatapp although it is not necessary because with the service number you can consult your database and resolve. What happens to them?
