Really bad experience with the representative that helped me today. She said I would need to pay a fee because it’s a passport. Asked for manager and had to explain situation to them. Manager apologize for wrong information but the representative didn’t. They need to train better in customer service.

Considering how easy is to update opening hours online is quite annoying they don’t bother in doing so. Waste time going to collect and find it closed with new opening hours at the door in a handwritten note!

the people that work there seems to be lost, waited one hour for a package that they have in the warehouse but couldn't find. at the end of it, they lost the package :(

This office has had our package from the US since last Wednesday. One attempted delivery, and every time we call Customer Service to find out why it has not been re-delivered we’re told a) there’s a hurricane, b) the weather is bad (sunny skies every morning) or c) it’s something out of our control. Looks like we’re going to have to go pick it up ourselves and apply for a refund.

My experience was horrible, a package sent from Ont to Mexico, sat in Mexico for over a week before I was contacted, was nothing more then bargaining for my parcel. Worst experience to date with a shipping company. I do not recommend. My parcel still has not been delivered it left ont on the 4th of April sat in Guadalajara for 2 weeks now in Puerto Vallarta for 3 days, change delivery date every evening at 7 pm. I am losing days sitting by a door. Never have I been told to pay to get my package released, I paid to have it sent 300$. Items that did not make it through customs, but fedex Canada new what was being sent. Why nothing was said. I have been treated horrible by this shipping company.

Waited in line forever. Two people working and they didn't think to separate two lines for receiving and sending packages. I needed information about sending packages abroad and the customer service was not helpful. There is nothing on the wall or signs to indicate box sizes or regular prices either. For those who are sending packaged food abroad, FedEx will not allow it. DHL will and they are so much friendlier and efficient.

After reading some of the other reviews I was very scared to go to FedEx today but I had to because I had to mail my passport to Guadalajara to get it renewed. I was pleasantly surprised by the service I received, specifically from Jose Ramon Calderon. Of course all the forms were in Spanish and I have not restarted my Spanish classes yet. Ramon was so patient and nice and Google translated every question so I could understand what I needed to do. The people with the sourpuss reviews must not have gotten there on the right day. There was one other personworking there and she was providing excellence customer service also. Don't be afraid to go to FedEx guys. It's just plain good service!

You have to look for it. I was expecting a huge sign. Other than that- all good.
