★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pésimo servicio tengo 6 días esperando mi paquete y según esto dicen que pasaron y no me encontraron en mi domicilio cuando estuve todo el tiempo ahí, marco 2 veces a atención al cliente se corroboran los datos se vuelve a reprogramar la entrega y nada, no dan respuesta sigue apareciendo que está en la sucursal de Colón y el supuesto teléfono de esta sucursal no sirve.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pude ponerme en contacto con FEDEX sobre un paquete que tenía ya demorado desde hace mas de una semana ahí y obtuve información oportuna y a ultima hora recibí mi producto, excelente trato por parte del repartidor??. Solo hay que saber ponerse en contacto con FEDEX porque es algo complicado a distancia, con respecto a lo de servicio al cliente eso no funciona, es mejor contactar directo con FEDEX.
