Estas señoritas necesitan una capacitación o una mejor paga o un mejor trato de sus superiores.
No entienden que es de suma importancia lo que uno está enviando o recibiendo. No vamos por hobby.
 The employees of this place beg you not to return with their terrible attention.
These ladies need training or better pay or better treatment from their superiors.
They do not understand that what one is sending or receiving is of the utmost importance. We are not going as a hobby.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pésimo servicio, tuve q realizar una llamada al centro fedex para q la chica pudiera buscar mi paquete, ya q ella aseguraba q no había llegado (paso mas de una semana q me hicieron dar vueltas). Nada recomendable fedex y menos esta sucursal.
Bad service, I had to make a call to the fedex center so that the girl could look for my package, since she assured me that she had not arrived (more than a week ago they made me go around). Nothing recommended fedex and less this branch.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Tuve mala experiencia al hacer cambio de sucursal para recoger mi paquete ya que lo mandaron a otra que no era lo enviaron y lo mandaron a la bodega y tampoco estaba ahí hasta lo regresaron a México y lo tuve que solicitar porque se canceló la entrega
I had a bad experience when making a change of branch to pick up my package since they sent it to another that was not sent and sent it to the warehouse and it was not there until they returned it to Mexico and I had to request it because the delivery was canceled
