★ ★ ★ ★ ★ No se si me inventaron que no había sistema y fue muy engorroso irme a buscar otra sucursal cargando todo lo que significaba mi envío ya que iba en taxi. Ya después en el otro FedEx pues todo bien, pero ya en el estado a donde llegó mi envío, me dieron muchas vueltas y evasivas para entregarlo. Me dejó mucha dudas y e insatisfacciones el servicio que dan en México. Otras veces me han mandado envíos desde el extranjero y ahí sí para que vean, ahí sí por miedo no les demoran nada. Mucho ojo FedEx con la gente que contratan.
 I don't know if they invented that there was no system and it was very cumbersome to go find another branch carrying everything that my shipment meant since I was going by taxi. Later, in the other FedEx, everything was fine, but already in the state where my shipment arrived, they gave me many turns and evasions to deliver it. The service they give in Mexico left me a lot of doubts and dissatisfaction. Other times they have sent me shipments from abroad and there they do so that they can see, there they do not delay anything out of fear. Be very careful FedEx with the people they hire.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Me queda muy retirada la oficina pero los dos encargados que me tocaron son amables y rapidos, fui hasta esa oficina porque en otra sucursal cercana a mi casa los encargados atienden mal.
The office is very remote but the two managers who touched me are friendly and fast, I went to that office because in another branch near my house the managers serve poorly.
