Fui a las 9:10 al que está en HEB y oh sorpresa tiene un letrero que dice de 10 AM a 19 hrs entre semana.
The schedule you have posted on Google is wrong.
I went at 9:10 to the one in HEB and oh surprise it has a sign that says 10 AM to 7 PM on weekdays.

They do not print guides, they do not give a bag, they get upset if the box is not big, despite what you send is small, you ask them to make it fragile and they get upset, in general bad service, although they fulfill their function

Terrible service, they don't answer the phone and when I asked if it worked, they answered yes but since they had a lot of work they didn't answer, I'm talking all afternoon the previous day and all morning the next.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I made a delivery from this location to Caborca Sonora and they told me it would arrive in one week. It took two to three weeks to arrive. Once it got to Caborca, Sonora the center supposedly couldn't find the address and they returned my package to Hermosillo, Sonora. My package passed through the abandonment area and it took me 1 to 2 months to recover my package from people from another city and to another destination. I hope there is a corresponding authority that may be able to do anything in response to this situation. If you know anyone please let me know, Now that they never answer the phone and if you want to submit a claim the only thing they tell you is "I'm sorry". Definitely don't recommend this company.
