★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Este lugar no tiene parecido a un forum si lo miramos desde la calle además no tiene un servicio especificado y tampoco una utilidad necesaria en si la mayoría de las personas del municipio no sabe por que motivo se realizó esta obra ni para que se va a utilizar. Se considera mas bien como un gasto innecesario ya que pudo ser para otra obra que si sea útil.
This place has no resemblance to a forum if we look at it from the street, it also does not have a specified service and it is not a necessary utility if most of the people of the municipality do not know for what reason this work was done or for which it will be used . It is considered rather as an unnecessary expense since it could be for another work that is useful.
