El fraccionamiento tiene sus reglas donde especifica el porcentaje de área verde que se requiere para las construcciones, lo que hace muy agradable el lugar. Lástima que las nuevas construcciones no estén respetando estas reglas.
A nice place to live, I have only been there as a visitor and it is very nice. The subdivision has its rules where it specifies the percentage of green area that is required for the constructions, which makes the place very pleasant. Too bad the new buildings are not respecting these rules.
