★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Compré un comedor y llegó defectuoso. La silla estaba rota. Ya hablé para que me la cambien pero me están haciendo largas, dicen que envíe un correo para que me solucionen. Por otra parte, el vendedor me dijo que los trabajadores te armaban los muebles una vez que estuvieran en tu casa lo cual es mentira porque los trabajadores se deslindan de toda responsabilidad.
I bought a dining room and it arrived defective. The chair was broken. I already spoke to change it but they are making me long, they say send an email to solve it. On the other hand, the seller told me that the workers assembled the furniture for you once they were in your house, which is a lie because the workers disclaim any responsibility.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Buen servicio. Buenos muebles, bonitos diseños, precios razonables. Si hay algo en contrario, es que siempre dicen estar en descuento hasta mitad de precio, lo cual obviamente dista mucho de la realidad.

Compramos un colchón y la persona que nos atendió fue muy atenta y sincera en sus respuestas. Felicitamos mi esposo y yo al colaborador Marco Antonio Morales por su excelente servicio de calidad.
Realmente nos salvaron el día.

We bought a mattress and the person who attended us was very attentive and sincere in his answers. ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Muy mala experiencia, compre un comedor y parece que me enviaron uno de reparación ya que de todos lados venía resanado y lo peor de todo, le pusieron un color más obscuro que el color original.
Termine por regresar las sillas y viendo después ya detalladamente la mesa estaba igual de maltratada que las sillas.
Obviamente al hacer una reclamación, ya no quieren hacer válido ninguna garantía ya que firme al recibir la mesa.
Y ahora resulta que me van a repintar las mismas sillas todas mal trabajadas.
Lo bueno es que puse en observaciónes que su resanado era pésimo y su pintura igual.
Nota: no te venden lo que te muestran, me imagino que los materiales de exhibición son mejores que los que usan para hacer los muebles que venden.
