★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Es un taller el cuál he tenido varias experiencias desagradables,el personal es grosero y trabajan muy mal, te cobran cosas q no le ponen a tu vehículo al repararlo, no lo recomiendo

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ El trabajo se ve bien hecho y la garantía la entregan por escrito. Lo malo es que están rebasados en capacidad, por una reparación que no requería remplazo de piezas, tomó 3 semanas. Y los asesores andan corriendo para poder atender a todos sus clientes.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Llevo una reparación ahí. Las 4 estrellas son porque no me gustó el acabado inicial. Ya que se perdía una línea del costado del auto. Sin embargo retrabajaron la reparación y quedó muy bien. Tanto el laminado como la pintura. La atención es buena. Lo mejor es que la actualización del progreso es a través de un sitio web.
I have a repair there. The 4 stars are because I did not like the initial finish. Since a line was lost on the side of the car. However, they reworked the repair and it turned out very well. ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pésimo servicio, tardaron mi camioneta 3 semanas, y me le dejaron un pequeño raspón, soy foránea y pues así me la tuve que traer! No los recomiendo ni en lo más mínimo, además me dejaron estos blancos de cera donde le pintaron:(
Terrible service, they took my truck 3 weeks, and they left a small scratch on it, I'm a foreigner and so I had to bring it with me! I don't recommend them in the slightest, they also left me these wax blanks where they painted him :(

Nunca te cumplen con las fechas, su teléfono está de adorno, ya que jamás lo contestan, te inventan situaciones para no entregarte tu auto y en promedio se lo quedan mas de 15 días para arreglar cosas bastante simples. Nada que ver con las agencias. NO manden arreglar ahí sus autos.
It's basically a garbage service. They never meet the dates, their phone is for decoration, since they never answer it, they invent situations for you not to deliver your car and on average they keep it for more than 15 days to fix quite simple things. Nothing to do with agencies. DO NOT have your cars fixed there.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ NO LLEVEN SUS CARROS A ESTE TALLER!!!! Después de más de DOS MESES acabo de recibir mi camioneta, la tuvieron durante 7 SEMANAS Y NO LE HICIERON NADA!!! Mi seguro tuvo que sacarla de ahí y llevarla a otro taller en el que la tuvieron lista en una semana. De verdad espero que a alguien le sirva esta reseña, yo debería haber revisado las reseñas antes de aceptar llevarla ahí.. Además de que no trabajan, el asesor es un bueno para nada, Carlos Aceves no contesta mensajes, se lava las manos diciendo que no es su trabajo.. El gerente no da la cara, no contesta llamadas.. Pésima experiencia!!!
DO NOT TAKE YOUR CARS TO THIS WORKSHOP!!!! After more than TWO MONTHS I just received my truck, they had it for 7 WEEKS AND THEY DID NOTHING TO IT!!! My insurance had to take it out of there and take it to another shop where they had it ready in a week. I really hope that someone finds this review useful, I should have reviewed the reviews before agreeing to take her there. In addition to not working, the advisor is good for nothing, Carlos Aceves does not answer messages, he washes his hands saying that It is not his job. The manager does not show his face, does not answer calls. Terrible experience!!!
