★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Me incomoda que los empleados me sigan y se me queden viendo raro desde que entro pero fuera de eso el Lugar esta bien, muy bien surtido tiene gran variedad de Juegos, Accesorios y Funkos aun que los precios son un poco elevados en los Funkos.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Aparte un juego, el día que fui a recogerlo, estaba cerrado pq no tienen luz y al parecer no van a volver a abrir. Nunca se me aviso de este problema. Ahora estoy batallando mucho para recibir mi juego, pésimo servicio, no volveré a comprar ahí.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Mala atención, mala actitud de los empleados, te dan una miseria si quieres vender algún juego.
Las políticas de cambio o devolución son absurdas, abusan del consumidor, roban tus regalos de preventa y jamás respetan tus juegos que has apartado (para el día de lanzamiento) y se escudan diciendo que eran “unidades limitadas”
Jamás te reembolsan el dinero de algo que ellos cancelan y por supuesto se lo roban, cómo? Fácil, te dan un crédito por la misma cantidad de dinero que caducan en pocas horas, si no lo usas en su margen de tiempo pierdes el dinero .
Jamás compren nada aquí

They never refund the money for something that they cancel and of course they steal it, how? Easy, they give you a credit for the same amount of money that expire in a few hours, if you do not use it in your time frame you lose money.
