★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Me trajeron un tanque dañado con fuga lo reporte vinieron por el y hoy es el 5 día que estoy sin el servicio me dicen que solo hay una unidad que repone esos servicios y que hay que esperar en casa a que pase porque tienen muchos casos como el mio. PESIMISMO SERVICIO.
I brought a damaged leaking tank report it came by and today is the 5 day I'm without service tell me that there is only one unit that replenishes those services and to wait at home happens because they have many cases like my own. Pessimism SERVICE.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pesimo servicio , operadoras groseras y con falta de actitud servicial , por mi experencia no les gusta vender, no lo recomiendo para nada. Diferencia con el gas 2000 que me atendio una señorita super amable.
Terrible service, rude operators and with a lack of helpful attitude, from my experience they do not like to sell, I do not recommend it at all. Difference with gas 2000 that a super friendly lady attended me.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Tienen horario de servicio de lunes a domingo de 7am a 9pm, pero no lo respetan. Hoy domingo me dicen que mi pedido solicitado a las 11 no pueden atenderlo por qué trabajan solo medio día por ser domingo.
Tardan mucho en atender y varias veces dicen que si vienen y que nadie sale, siendo que estoy en la cochera esperando y mienten los operadores.
Mal servicio.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Poco compromiso y cero profesionalismo, llamé a las 12 y después de 3 horas que no llegaba, llamé para ver qué pasaba y resultó que no había y no me podían surtir hasta el siguiente día . La operadora aparte de descortés, ni disculpas pidió y encima echando mentiras alegando que llamaron para avisar.
En verdad muy decepcionada del servicio, se nota que no quieren vender y peor aún, ni les importa el cliente.

Ojo no es la primera vez que pasa, varias veces se ha reportado y obtenemos la misma respuesta de un sujeto llamada Uriel, pone muchas trabas, desconoce de los temas pero solamente menciona puras suposiciones. Hemos tenido más quejas con gas Noel que con otras compañias.
Por los demás comentarios puedo ver qué sus empleados desconocen la escucha activa en atención a clientes. Compren Gas con otras empresas para que hagan comparación.
