★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Muy poca seriedad, cero profesionalismo, sin ética personal ni laboral, una vez realizado el pago del servicio se deslinda de cualquier obligación y responsabilidad, no otorga el acompañamiento adecuado a sus clientes, provoca perdidas monetarias, no cumple, no apoya, no responde llamadas telefónicas y no soluciona cuando sucede alguna situación en la que debería de apoyar como empresa de gestión y contratación de paquetes vacacionales. No regreso a esta empresa, no recomiendo esta empresa, muy al contrario, les aviso, eviten perder dinero, pagar extra y malas experiencias en sus viajes.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Una mujer sin ética,(pero sabe enredar muy bien)me vendió un paquete a Cancun a un hotel de 5 estrellas(carisimo),de repente me cambio a uno de 3,y según ella para compensar yo iba a tener la cena y celebración de año nuevo incluida,además la transportación ida y vuelta al aeropuerto incluidos,me dijo que la persona que me iba a recibir iba a tener mi nombre con un cartel,segun la compañía nadie sabe quien me recibió! que riesgo!nunca me cumplió lo de la cena,ya no contestaba llamadas y por poco pierdo el vuelo de regreso pues nunca me aviso como había quedado,YO tuve que pagar a un chófer la ida al aeropuerto!no se dejen engañar por está mujer!
