★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Es gratis para los alumnos, exalumnos y colaboradores de la UDEM así que allí tiene ventaja. Sin embargo tiende a llenarse en la mañana y en la tarde, excepto los viernes y cuando se llena es muy probable que haya que esperar a que se desocupe alguna estación. Las mancuernas ya están muy desgastadas y siempre se encuentran regadas por todo el piso, causando pérdida de tiempo al estarlas buscando. Contiene lo básico en cuanto a equipo, sin embargo no esperen mucho en cuanto a estaciones muy especializadas.
It is free for students, alumni and collaborators of the UDEM so there is an advantage there. However, it tends to fill up in the morning and in the afternoon, except on Fridays and when it is full it is very likely that you have to wait for some station to be vacated. The dumbbells are already very worn and are always watered all over the floor, causing wasted time when you are looking for them. It contains the basics in terms of equipment, however do not expect much in terms of very specialized stations.
