★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I made an appointment 3 days in advance to get a mani pedi. I arrived on time and was denied services. The excuse I was given didn't make any sense because the appointment was confirmed. The guy I spoke to said he was never told about my appointment. I showed him the whatsapp messagings, which contradicted what I was being told. I wasted money on transportation going to this appointment and my time was wasted. The only reason I can logically think of of why I was denied services was either my nationality or race. No apology was given neither. Not cool and very unprofessional.
