Facilities in optimal conditions, long hours, good service, I would only recommend to management to further optimize the box area.

Tiene muy buen tamaño, con dos pisos, teniendo en la planta baja el area de pesas y máquinas para distintos ejercicios y en la planta alta un salón para distintas clases que se imparten gratis todos los dias, un salón de spinning, area de box con instructor y area de cardio, con muchos aparatos para correr, elíptica, bicicleta, escaladores, etc. El lugar es muy limpio y cuenta con entrenadores dispuestos a ayudar. La membresía mensual incluye una visita con la nutrióloga para poder hacer un seguimiento de tus avances en el mes. Muy recomendado.
Excellent gym. It has a very good size, with two floors, having on the ground floor the area of weights and machines for different exercises and on the upper floor a room for different classes that are taught free every day, a spinning room, box area with instructor and cardio area, with many machines for running, elliptical, bicycle, climbers, etc. The place is very clean and has coaches willing to help. The monthly membership includes a visit with the nutritionist to be able to keep track of your progress during the month. Highly recommended.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ El precio es elevado pero supongo es por la zona, no se satura mucho de gente, y la muisca q ponen en general en el gym no es de mi gusto pero öa instructora de spinning en elnhorario de 19:00 a 20:00 es muy buena y también pone buena música
The price is high but I suppose it is for the area, it is not saturated much with people, and the muisca that they put in general in the gym is not to my liking but the spinning instructor at the time from 7:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. is very good and also plays good music

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Excellent new gym. Well kept. Very convenient enrollment pay and come in. Inexpensive, 2 weeks for $15usd. Clean and everything needed for full workout. Ample parking in strip mall plaza. Of it gets crowded it might feel tight but times I went few people were there so space was perfect. Cardiovascular area is excellent.
Muy buen gym, conveniente pagas y entras. 2 semanas $300mxp. Completo con aparatos para toda rutina y excelente área de cardio. Ademas de buena ubicación y estacionamiento.
