The day we got there we had to wait hours for our room which at first was no problem. We went to eat then got in pool. Finally our room was ready; but when we went in there were no towels to shower our bed sheets were all over the place and the beds were very uncomfortable. The staff was friendly but the entertainment crew was disrespectful. In particular one guy tried to kiss my fiancee after asking for my phone to give himself a review. This is unacceptable and I wouldn't recommend staying here at all.

BLAND Festivall is here. I have nothing against the workers, its clear that they are all understaffed and are overworked (abused) through the resort. Images shown on their online page are probably from when it was first renovated so don't expect it that way as of our stay.(Half the slides are broken down, the rooms are not as clean [had to hide it to my wife that i found rat poop on the mattresses so she would sleep normal], the night bar has pool tables and a broken futbolitos broken for a month already, last but not least the food courts.... they have 3 of them closed during rush hour what that means for you is 30 min to 45 min wait standing up to get your tacos. The rooms are all low on maintenance, our shower was clogged the safe had no "safe" mechanism. Managers or known as the Gerentes have absolutely nothing to even say about their workers because they where always in a rush doing everything on their power and side to make us have a great stay. What management should do is maybe look at the mirror and ask themselves am I really made for this job Am I doing what it takes to be a strong leader. Check in 1 star for control. Check out 2 stars. Food 2 stars for the excessive wait.Service and staff would get a 5 Rooms 1 star, don't need to explain why Management/service 3 stars, don't blame the staff for it, Overworked staff=Low performance=Bad service. Thats where i Blame Management. This should be more categorized as a clubhouse than an actual resort.

There is not much food to choose from in rhe buffet. When I call to ask for the price it was half of the money they were going to charge me when I arrived 6hrs later in my car. Its better to reserve on line to prevent. Staff are nice. The price is too much for the services. Hope they place better food and available for visitors that love to sleep late cause we dance late at night. Try to eat before 11am otherwise you will find only hot dogs and burgers for lunch from 11am to 1pm. We wait til 1pm to eat breakfast by the beach restaurant wich was better food. Drink were not good. I was lucky cause I brought my good tequila from home. I will come back if they get better.

Worst all inclusive hotel. It was disgusting, dirty, poor management and rude staff. Covid is not a concern to the staff. I spoke with the Director of sales and told him all the problems. Phone does not work, stained mattresses, inconsistent covid policies, no water in room, towels for 2 people but we had 6 and many other problems. It is sad that they actually sell time shares to this so called hotel. Look at photos and then find some where else to stay. All this for 5 adults 6000 per night. Food was cold even at the Italian restaurant and the buffet was even worse. Guests touching food with bare hands. I ate omelletes because they were made fresh but had not seasoning. The entertainment was AWESOME.

We had a terrible time trying to check in. They didn't have our reservation and they made us wait for several hours with three small children all under the age of five. We didn't get our room keys till midnight!!! To compensate us they gave us a villa, however the Villa was very outdated and dirty to the point I had to call housekeeping because there was an aunt infestation. The had very old towels for us in the bathrooms and no hand towels or washclothes. At check-in they never gave us the information to make reservations for dinner or cards for pool towels. That got straightened out and we were able to have a nicer dinner at the high end restaurant on site only to get a staple in our soup. It was okay but for the price of all inclusive you can go somewhere with updated features and much cleaner. The food was okay. Room was very dirty! Staff was friendly enough.

Terrible experience. The food is awful. Drinsks are prepared with cheapest liquors. Rooms are clean but they haven't been maintained in a long time. It's impossible to get a reserve for the restaurants. Finally they don't promote safty measures between people not event within the staff. I would never recommend this hotel is cheap but it doesn't worth it. Also the check in is at 4!!! If you have another option, do not come here.

I really like this place because in a way it really lives up to its name. There is always something to do here and at almost any hour of the day. You are limited only by yourself. The place is just gigantic, there are several pools here and for kids, adults, everyone, and the main one is very very big. See it for yourself. This place also has several restaurants with good food. The show at night is also very good, there is a zip line, Waterpark, another restaurant in front of the beach, tennis, basketball, soccer, a small gym, and it even has its own night club. Although, I will say where they lack is there rooms. They are nice, but humble, new towels need to be used. Some of the rooms are left desiring something cosmetically. The bed messed with my back, maybe better mattresses? The first room we got had an issue with leaking water regularly, they gave us a better one almost immediately. All in all it is a great place!

Do not stay here. I have one more night of my stay and I am eager to leave. If it wasn’t for our flight times I would of left already. For starters check out was a nightmare, I had to fight just to get my room AFTER check in times. Once I was able to get into our room, it was outdated (broken doors, hard mattresses and jail type showers), not cleaned properly, and the music from the pool was very loud , to say the least. There is no wifi anywhere in the property for guest. Most activities are closed , and let me not get started on food. There is only one restaurant ( if you want to call it that) that actually serves food. It felt like I was in an under funded community college buffet cafeteria and not in a resort. They have very confusing Covid rules , wear a mask at all times but touch all the same utensils in the buffet? No social distance or masks in their “ activities “ in the pool .. but yet yelled at for walking to the bar for a drink with no mask on. On another worst note, There is no room service for food. I’m pregnant and need water at all times , I had to call a few times just to get water in the room, and not to my surprise I receive a gallon of water , no cups , or ice. There is also no room service for food at all. We had to order Uber Eats just to eat dinner when the kids fell asleep and couldn’t go out to the “ pool snack bar” for food. And then I realized there is no microwave in the room although it’s listed in the amenities. This hotel has a lot of potential because the staff is great (expect for front desk) and the views are phenomenal. I travel a lot and to say the least I am very disappointed that I wasted my time and money here.
