★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Muy Mala experiencia de Grúas Mtz. solicite el servicio y me dieron un tiempo estimado para brindármelo, ese tiempo se rebasó por mucho y cada vez que llamaba para saber que pasaba me volvían a cambiar el tiempo estimado de entre 20 - 25 min. tres veces más, yo no me pude mover de ahí para hacer otras cosas mientras llegaban porque no alcanzaba a regresar en 20 min. pues me hicieron esperar 2 horas y media y el servicio no llegó así que mi última llamada fue para cancelarlo de forma muy molesta, ni siquiera una disculpa me ofrecieron por la atención.
Al final solicité otro servicio de Grua muy bueno en el que me dijeron que llegaba en un max. de 80 min. entonces me fui a hacer otras cuando regresé antes del tiempo la grua ya me estaba esperando ahí, osea que llegaron antes de lo que me estimaron y me dieron un servicio excelente!!
Very Bad experience of Mtz Cranes. I requested the service and they gave me an estimated time to provide it to me, that time was exceeded by a lot and every time I called to know what was happening they would change the estimated time between 20-25 min. three more times, I could not move from there to do other things while they arrived because I could not return in 20 min. They made me wait 2 and a half hours and the service did not arrive so my last call was to cancel it in a very annoying way, not even an apology was offered for the attention.
In the end I requested another very good Grua service in which they told me it was arriving in a max. 80 min. Then I went to do others when I returned before the time the crane was already waiting for me there, I mean they arrived earlier than I was estimated and they gave me excellent service !!

Terrible service, they did not answer my service request, call I could not contact me, I went to their website and nothing, WhatsApp, they just left me on sight. first and last time I contact you. 0 recommended.
