★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Gerencia de la empresa una vez que vende la casa cambia su actitud. Pésima atención a clientes pos venta y nunca compres casa muestra porque no pagan lo que dicen y solicitan facturas muy complejas para que te paguen

Las casas son bonitas para vivir, pero la experiencia de compra con la constructora es mala, cambian de personal, no hay seguimiento, y como otros dicen es muy cierto: Una ves que firmas papeles en notario se olvidan de la atencion y ya buscan deshacerse de ti. El servicio postventa, venta, y administracion de documentacion no se hablan y se echan la pelota caliente. Cada uno con sus objetivos dañando asi la percepcion del cliente. He comprado con Cumbres y la diferencia si es mucha, CastDim no tiene esperience en postventa y el servicio de venta es malo. No hay seguimiento
A bad service experience. The houses are nice to live in, but the buying experience with the construction company is bad, they change personnel, there is no follow-up, and as others say it is very true: Once you sign papers in a notary, they forget about the attention and already seek to get rid of you. The after-sales service, sale, and documentation administration are not talked about and the hot ball is thrown. Each one with its objectives, thus damaging the customer's perception. I have bought with Cumbres and the difference is a lot, CastDim has no after-sales experience and the sales service is bad. No follow-up

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Horrible experiencia, compramos una casa con CASTDIM a finales del año 2021 y nos entregaron la casa con el mueble de la cocina todo hinchado de humedad y es fecha que no lo han cambiado, nos prometieron canceles de vidrio templado y en lugar de ellos nos pusieron de plástico y no nos los han cambiado, nos deben 3 pagos que hicimos al banco y nos iban a reembolsar mes con mes y hasta la fecha no nos han pagado nada, tenemos poco tiempo y ya hay una humedad en la sala y en el área de jardín, las cuales obviamente tampoco han arreglado, la carpintería de los muebles de baño es malísima, ni cierran bien los cajones, sólo nos da largas, he perdido muchísimo tiempo y la empresa no repara los detalles ni nos paga, no soy la única, hablé con mis vecinos y estamos en las mismas. PÉSIMO SERVICIO
Horrible experience, we bought a house with CASTDIM at the end of 2021 and they gave us the house with the kitchen furniture all swollen with humidity and it is the date that they have not changed it, they promised us tempered glass doors and instead of them they put us plastic and they have not changed them, they owe us 3 payments that we made to the bank and they were going to reimburse us month after month and to date they have not paid us anything, we have little time and there is already a humidity in the room and in the area garden furniture, which obviously hasn't been fixed either, the carpentry of the bathroom furniture is terrible, they don't close the drawers well, it just drags us out, I've wasted a lot of time and the company doesn't repair the details or pay us, I'm not the only one , I spoke with my neighbors and we are in the same. TERRIBLE SERVICE
