★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pésima atención. pésimo servicio. Nunca saben los precios ni lo que están vendiendo. Si llamas por teléfono te dicen que no saben. Te atienden como si el cliente le hicieran al acudir con ellos.
 Terrible attention. terrible service. They never know the prices or what they are selling. If you call on the phone they tell you they don't know. They attend to you as if the client did when you go with them.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Tomaron mal mi nota y me dieron mal mi cable tuve que pedir otro metro extra de cable y le dije al señor que me atendió me respondió que solo se quedó con lo que le dije al inicio y ni se disculpo ni nada
They took my note wrong and they gave me my cable wrong I had to ask for another extra meter of cable and I told the man who attended me he replied that he only stayed with what I said at the beginning and he did not apologize or anything

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Hay dos almacenes en uno, en de artículos varios se esmeran por la atencion, en el de iluminación te ignoran por completo. Se la pasan platicando o pegados al pc. Es muy problema antiguo pero la administración no hace nada por resolverlo. No brindan precios ni información por teléfono aunque sus precios son muy comodos.
There are two warehouses in one, in various articles they strive for attention, in the lighting they ignore you completely. They spend it talking or glued to the pc. It is a very old problem but the administration does nothing to solve it. They do not provide prices or information by phone although their prices are very comfortable.
