★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Son buenos, conocen muy bien su rubro "laboral", saben cómo tienen que trabajar, te hacen recomendaciones de como responder ante otros, para no demostrar una mala actitud o malo entendidos.
Lo malo es que no tienen consideración al cliente, prácticamente no saben dar atención al cliente. Te avisan unas horas antes de cualquier cita y sobre todo puede que pasen meses sin que te mencionen una sola palabra, no importa que haya alguna actualización tu no sabes si van bien o mal. No checan sus correos, es como ir a un banco, cuando les llevas un caso te ofrecen todo y están al pendiente, pero una vez que lo tienen no los busques, porque nunca responden.
They are good, they know their "work" field very well, they know how they have to work, they make recommendations on how to respond to others, so as not to show a bad attitude or misunderstandings.
The bad thing is that they have no consideration for the customer, they practically do not know how to give customer service. They notify you a few hours before any appointment and, above all, months may pass without a single word being mentioned to you, it does not matter if there is any update, you do not know if they are going well or badly. They don't check their emails, it's like going to a bank, when you take a case to them they offer you everything and they are on the lookout, but once they have it, don't look for them, because they never respond.
