F	Fernando Fontão on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Neat design hotel with modern architecture. Spacious rooms with the comfortable beds, convenient working area, bathroom with a great design. Each room has a Bluetooth sound system with speakers hanging from the walls -- even in the bathroom -- so you can listen to your own tunes straight from your phone or tablet. The hotel's restaurant is amazing. The complex includes upscale shops and three other restaurants, just footsteps from the reception: a Mexican/steak; an Italian; and a Thai/fish/seafood. Each hotel floor features a courtesy espresso machine for guests. The included breakfast features fruits, granola, yogurt, cold meats (including smoked salmon), a cheese plate and bread assortment -- but that's pretty much it. Wouldn't hurt to add an egg station. Also, hotel room doors could have better insulation so it does not let light and noise get in from the corridors. All in all, a great place to stay!
L	Luis Eduardo Varela on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Got a package that included stay, 3 course meal and continental breakfast. Verified with front desk that everything was ready to go Multiple days in advance. Staff at restaurant weren’t aware of the promotion and acted rude, suggesting I should call front desk and urging me to place an order. Ended up going downstairs to let front desk know. Waiter did not apologize for the inconvenience. Swimming pool was dirty. After reporting it 3 times, staff member jumped in the pool to grab the multiple beer cups in it. They were having a blast watching their peer in the pool.

I was told I was getting two individual room with queen size beds when i only received a king size bed with a sofa. I had friends come over and was upset and tried to call the local police to incarcerate me. I was very disappointed I highly do not recommend this place to stay. I have worked for 15 yrs in customer service and never experienced this terrific situation. My friend has the video live of the situation, I don’t wish this upon anyone. I paid 4,800 pesos for one night.
D	Dax B Guillory on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nice small boutique hotel. Rooms are trendy and they have bluetooth connections to play music in the speakers mounted on the wall. Attached to a mall and seconds for a bar and fine dining depending on what you choose. A bit pricey compared to other amazing places I have stay in Monterrey but nice. Staff is amazing. Very nice and helpful.

The hotel is part of a small circular enclosed mall with shops, restaurants and has a hidden jazz bar that starts at 9pm. The lobby is right in the front entrance. A little hard to find if you're not paying attention. They need a big sign of the building so you know where to check in. Rooms are cool with ok view of city. The coolest part of the hotel is the pool rooftop bar. Drinks are a little pricey but totally worth it. They have restrooms and showers or of you want just shower in your room. Only wish they had TVs up there. We stayed for 2 nights. I think you can walk to some bars down the street or just go to the bar in the middle of the bar which is also cool if you want variety.
D	David Mays on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Cool modern feel. The pool on the top floor was awesome. Service was good - but i almost took a star off because they didnt have 24 hr room service, however the guy at the front desk helped order me some tacos to be delivered.
A	A.F M.S on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Location is kind of good, the staff could be better, the rooms are outdated and should be renewed The bar has an incredible view but the mood is terrible I would not recommend this place The Westin is a better option Besides, they screwed my Bonvoy Marriott reservation so I didn’t get any points
F	Faruk Baskopru on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Decent high end hotel. The service at the front desk was good, but their english isn't the best. This resulted into them approving late checkout and eventually not able to be giving it. Really disappointed in this. The rooms are beautiful but has its flaws here and there. It was really cold in my room when I got in and when I tried to change the temperature, the equipment on the wall was lose and fell of its mount. It was hard to find the faucet handles (poor design) and the water pressure was on the lower side for my liking.
