Sin embargo aunque habíamos reservado con anticipación arrendaron nuestra habitación y como nuestro vuelo se retraso no nos querían recibir tampoco... Actitud muy pedante por parte de la recepcionista del turno nocturno... Fue difícil que nos diera una solución y a la 1:00 de la mañana casi nos quedamos con maletas en la carretera... O	Osiris Carreon Franco on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Excelente lugar para descansar, muy limpio y amplio, agua muy caliente siempre, solo que no se si les paso o hay que avisar si uno se queda varios días que quieres que hagan el aseo, ya no fui a la alberca y jardín pero se veía muy bonito. Excellent place to rest, very clean and spacious, very hot water always, I just don't know if it happened to them or you have to tell them if you stay for several days that you want them to do the cleaning, I didn't go to the pool and garden anymore but you could see very pretty.

Además, la ubicación es conveniente sino se quiere ingresar a Guadalajara. Sin embargo, hay algunos detalles a considerar: no funcionaba la terminal para pagar con tarjeta así que sino traes efectivo puede ser un problema; el personal que nos recibió no usaban cubrebocas lo cual es importante en estos tiempos de pandemia; la manija del tanque del baño estaba rota; el cuarto estaba junto a la carretera, así que se escuchaba el pasar de los carros, situación que no deja descansar; y hacía un poco de frío y no había cobijas suficiente. The place is nice and the hotel room clean. The room had a coffee maker. Very friendly reception people. In addition, the location is convenient if you do not want to enter Guadalajara. However, there are some details to consider: the terminal to pay by card did not work so if you do not bring cash it could be a problem; the personnel who received us did not wear face masks, which is important in these times of pandemic; the toilet tank handle was broken; the room was next to the road, so you could hear the passing of cars, a situation that does not allow you to rest; and it was a bit cold and there weren't enough blankets.

Cool place I liked seeing that cool sunset and I give it 4 stars just because the pool is cold otherwise I would give it 5 stars ?

Hasta que coincidió que lo renta como balneario de a 30$ Gente corriente con música a todo volumen, gente tomando cervezas dentro de la alberca , niños gritando donde sea Ahh pero eso si, se dieron las 12:00pm y nos corrieron a nosotros si nos querían cobrar $200 por persona Lastima el lugar esta hermoso
