Food was ok, Service was Horrible, didn't get all of our food, took almost hour and then it was burnt. The waiter wouldn't get the manager, the front end acted like they didn't speak English, tried 2 different nights just in case , same terrible service. Will never go to blue moon, it gives you the blues.

They even let us eat even though they were about to close because we had just arrived and were starving. Very grateful!

I am surprised by the amount of good reviews. We were a party of 7, and it took over 2 hours to get through dinner. We waited over an hour for food to be delivered which showed up wrong and had to be redone, twice. The waiter had to be flagged down as he never checked on us. The Grouper was good. The skirt steak was soaked in soy sauce and served with over cooked soggy veggies. The Pizzas are decent. And BTW, the serve pizzas but don’t have a pizza box. Extremely disappointed!

We arrived at Havana Moon and mentioned our reservation had been made. The hostess didn't ask if this was a special occasion for our family. The food & beverages were good and our server was very apologetic when my dinner came with lots of green bell peppers! (When I made my dinner selection, I was clear about not being able to eat green bell peppers...the kitchen's mistake.) His tip was not affected by the kitchen's error. Unfortunately, nothing special was offered on this most special occasion, not even a congratulatory greeting. With all the hype about how special Vidanta makes families feel, this was definitely a miss. We've been coming to this resort for more than 15 years...

We tried the vegetarian lo mein with assorted vegetables and marinated tofu. The dish was mouthwatering. Serving was generous. For drinks, we had the mojito, prepared with Havana 3 años rum, and an alcohol free strawberry daiquiri.

Dinner took well over 2 hours and 20 minutes. Should have been an hour.. We had to flag down our waiter to fix a few issues we experienced. This is advertised as a Cuban restaurant. It’s not. It’s half Italian, half Asian. We ordered a margarita pizza, it came out as a kids cheese pizza with tomato slices on top. They forgot his order. We asked them to fix it and they came back with basil added. 20 minutes later we were able to flag the waiter down and let him know it was the wrong order altogether and get a new pizza. It’s just not worth the stress; had a better time at salum. Pic is of another pizza ordered.
