Hice una reserva que no respetaron, al final querían cobrarme más del doble, conseguí que me dieran un auto por un costo más alto. El carro lo entregaron sucio, además, al cargar gasolina me di cuenta que no tenía tapón la gasolina, lo reporte y no se hicieron responsables. Un asco, nunca volveré a rentar carro aquí

Hice la reserva com más de 30 días. Llegue al aeropuerto desde Brasil. No tenían el carro. Me dijeron q llevarían el carro al hotel y que me podríair q pagarían el taxi. Me pidieron mi teléfono. They asked for my phone, they never called, and they never brought the car. Fiz a reserva 30 dias antes, cheguei do Brasil e não tinham carros, me falaram que levariam o carro até o hotel, nunca levaram, nunca ligaram.

Pésimo servicio de su call center dan información falsa sobre lo que incluye sus reservaciones y lo que incluye. Llegas a rentar el coche y no tienen disponibles aún que hayas pagado por adelantado.
Terrible service from their call center give false information about what their reservations include and what it includes. You get to rent the car and they do not have available yet that you have paid in advance.

Had a great experience with Hertz when needed a car last moment. The process was smooth, the staff was very helpful. The car was well maintained. Can't complain.

We already had a reservation and a quoted price which included all taxes, airport fees, etc. First, we stood in line for about 45 min (not sure why the process takes so long since we are Gold members and rented a car in Tijuana where paperwork took less than five minutes). They gave us a contract literally 3x the cost we were quoted. We called Hertz and even with them talking to the representative and us threatening to just use Uber instead, it took us another 45 min to get the price CLOSE to the quote!! Never again!

Please do not rent cars from this location! I would have given them 0 stars if possible. And from the looks of the reviews, many people feel the same way. My family was visiting for the first time from the United States. I had booked an 8 person van online months in advance so that we could all travel together in one car. The money had already been charged to my credit card. When we arrive they told us they did not have the van and that they have no requirement to honor the request for the van. They told us our only option is a 5 person car (there were 8 of us traveling). I asked about the other rental car companies there at the airport since Hertz is the only one with a kiosk inside. The employee says that he represents all of the rental companies and there were no cars other than a 5 person car. We reluctantly signed for a 5 person car and as we walked outside to get it, we saw that the car rental company next to Hertz's outside location did in fact have an 8 person van that was available for us. We asked Hertz to cancel our contract for the 5 person car that had been signed moments before and he said he would cancel it but not give us a refund. Keep in mind, they had done nothing to prepare the car for us, we never even saw it. Instead of argue at the moment, we got our 8 person van from the other company and started our trip with my family who had now been waiting over an hour for us. After the trip I reached out to Hertz, who agreed with me that this was a dishonest interaction, but I was told that this location was privately owned. When Hertz reached out to the franchise owner he refused to give me my refund claiming they did nothing wrong in the situation. I am still attempting to get my money back and am still very angry and frustrated over what took place.
