Pros: During my short stay at This hotel in Mexico city, I and my parents had great experience regarding peaceful stay. Room size is good. Mattress on bed was firm and very comfortable. Elevator access from basement parking was blessing due to heavy 32 kg checkin baggages. Hotel allow out side food and we ordered indian food over Ubereats, but hotel doesn’t provide plates or cutlery for food ordered from outside (which is obvious). Overall it was a great stay. Cons: My dad being vegetarian, had no choice for food. Restaurant start at 2:00 pm is really too late for lunch, especially for senior citizens.

Nice hotel reasonable rates with good n clean rooms, friendly staff, reasonable breakfast, good internet, etc,. Recommend others to stay in this property. My special thanks to Ms.Irma at Reception who is friendly, speaks English, courteous n helpful to all your hotel needs during our stay. I recommend hotel management to give a bigger role to her as she can produce results. Kitchen staff Mr.Alessandro who too speaks English, courteous n helpful to our daily breakfast needs. He too can be given bigger role. Last not but not least, we are particularly upset n unhappy with Ms.Maricela’s rude attitude towards serving breakfast not only to us but to most of the guests which is very very bad n will reflect bad on hotel’s property name in the long run. Suggest management to shift her to the back end of the operations n give her nice hospitality training on how to treat hotel guests as removing her will snatch away her job which is not good too. This is my sincere opinion both to future guests n hotel management. I leave it to hotel management to take appropriate action accordingly.

Has horrible experience here. Thr food was not served on time at all and they restricted the food a lot. 8m a vegetarian and requested for a fruit and they said they won't give it because I can take only one type of fruit or fruit bowl. The reception folks were very friendly and helpful buy breakfast and other things aren't great. The rooms are not sound proof and you hear the traffic all the time.

Decent hotel, not great; although concierge employees were polite their lack of basic general knowledge of mexico city and their total lack of wanting to find an answer points to the need for retraining of staff at this hotel, which is not only endemic to this establishment but is a hallmark of much needed improvement in Panama as a country in terms of customer service, which in my and many other tourist's opinion is sorely lacking.

Pros: I was impressed with the kindness of the staff and the cleanliness of the hotel. The bed was comfortable and everything appeared to be brand new. The breakfast offerings were decent, especially considering the pandemic. I appreciated the hotel store that sells water, snacks, and medicine. Cons: A lot of light leaks around the door into the room, which made it hard to sleep. This is an issue since the bed is right in front of the door. Also, the towels were very abrasive - seriously, it was like drying off with sandpaper. The TV was nice, but was not in a very good position to actually watch it from the bed. It also does not have a way to connect to your phone/computer, so if you want to watch anything that's not on cable you'll want to bring an HDMI cord (Chromecast won't work). There is no mini fridge in the standard rooms, so if that's important to you upgrade to the suite. Overall I enjoyed my stay and I feel that for the money, this hotel would be hard to beat. Again, the staff was amazing and very kind.

As someone who has worked in the Hospitality Industry for years (Marriott) I have a few things I would like to say... First off, I have been here several times on business. The front desk staff has been friendly and accommodating on the first couple of stays. The third time i stayed the housekeeper tried to open my door at 10:30am no knocking, simply went to open the door but because I had the latch on she couldn't. I was startled though. Called the front desk and they apologized and said they would let the Housekeeping Manager know. Check out is at 1pm so no reason why HK should be opening guests rooms before that, specially without knocking first. #2 the hotel is in very good shape, it is clean and the rooms are spacious but the walls are paper thin. You can hear everything and I'm not sure if its a México thing but people here slam the doors all the time. Could be 4am or 11pm and people will be slamming their doors! Drives you absolutely crazy! #3 tried to call the restaurant one night and the phone just rang and rang so I gave up and ended up ordering Uber Eats. And finally on my last day at the hotel I went to the lobby to print off some documents, the printer wasn't working so I approached the woman at the front desk and she asked which computer I was using as there were two. I said the one on the right and she made a face and said "well the one on the left is the one that's hooked up up the printer" as if I was dumb for not knowing that. I said "well there is no sign or anything for me to know that." And she said that it's because they can switch the printer to either computer. And I also told her the printer needed paper as I was walking away. She never tried to come assist me or apologized or anything. She did not switch the printer to the computer I was using even though she knew i needed to print something. She did not refill the paper. And there was another gentleman at the other computer so I couldn't use that. It's December, two days away from Christmas. Occupancy is very low. I would know. I worked for hotels for years. There is no reason you shouldn't be trying to help the guests staying at the hotel. Seemed like I was bothering this particular employee.

Most people aren’t going to stay so far inland in Mexico City if they’re foreigners, but according to locals this is a good location because it’s on a main street. The street is always busy and there’s people on the corners late into the night keeping you safe. You should still be careful but there’s safety in numbers. The curtain was also AMAZING. Super thick black out curtains, I wish I had those in my room.
