Positive: Everything was wonderful about the Hotel including the restaurant. I ate there a few times just because the food was quite good. I usually go out for local food but it was just great. Negative: The only thing I didn¿t like for it being a 4 star hotel was that there were no English channels on the TV. However, that was minor! It was my fault for not bringing my iPad to watch TV on.

I just absolutely love staying at this hotel when I travel to Mexico City. The entire experience is great. My wife and i could not find any fault in our stays. The hospitality makes us feel like rock stars. The breakfast bar is stocked with amazing food and staff. We go out of our way to stay at this location.

Negative: AC not working and very noisy for 2 nights of 3 that we were there. It took 2 nights of unbearable noise and warm room before we were offered to change rooms.

My spouse and I stayed for 2 nights. We had a late night arrival in which a bellhop nicely met us and helped us with our bags. The staff was very friendly and we were also informed that they do currency exchange! The rooms were clean and well kept. The only downfall that we really had was that the ice machines are on the 2nd and 4th floor, and we weren’t informed that you needed a key associated with that floor to access it (great for security, just this wasn’t communicated to us). The room service was also great and quick! Also, don’t count out the hotel restaurant- the food was great, staff was friendly, and super reasonable pricing! Ubers to the city center are dirt cheap (around $5 USD). There’s also a coffee shop just across the street that is super cute with a court yard! I would recommend this place to family and friends!

The hotel -- the room, the reception, the gym and pool -- everything is of excellent quality. The only issue I had was the Internet on the third floor. While it functioned reliably for most things, SKPYE and Zoom did not work well -- the voices and video were choppy to to the point of unusable. Everything about the hotel was great. I'll be back.

The gentleman at the front desk who checked me in is excellent. He was attentive to all my needs and answered all my questions. He was energetic, courteous, and very professional. In addition, pretty decent breakfast, nice rooftop pool and gym, hotel location safe, is close to public transportation, uber is everywhere, and close to a lot of points of interest.

Awesome experience! Wonderful staff and service. The rooms are clean and updated. Hotel is centrally located. The Starbucks in the lobby is a blessing in disguise. The underground parking is very convenient. Enjoyed our stay here.

Inside of the hotel was clean, restaurant was not bad, waiters were kind and patient. All staff were great for the most part. A few very minor things would have made our stay a bit more enjoyable: coffee maker in our room didn't work and for whatever reason, our maids didn't like to refill our water and outright refused to give use coffee cups or mugs - yes there is a Starbucks in the lobby but these are little things that could be done to make things better. The room was clean, bed was comfortable and pillows were the best we've ever had while travelling all over the world. A few vegan options on the menu would have been nice. The neighborhood, at first, seemed a bit sketchy but once we got grounded, it turned out to be a blessing that we were so close to the metro and the neighborhood turned out to be really cool. We had our clothes washed at the Lavanderia 2 blocks away for 70 pesos. Breakfast restaurants on every corner Taxis, private and local were right out the front door and staff were more than helpful when organizing day trips. Yes we would come back to the hotel. One last thing, our room was facing the street and could be kind of noisy but that's not the hotel's fault. Thank you for helping us Gringos enjoy Mexico City!
