★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pésimo servicio, al entrar ni siquiera te reciben, ni buen día, nada, entras y los vendedores platicando e ignorando a los clientes. Y el gran detalle es que ni siquiera hay motos.
Lastima de servicio y de gente trabajando.
 Terrible service, when you enter they do not even receive you, no good morning, nothing, you enter and the sellers talking and ignoring the customers. And the great detail is that there are not even motorcycles.
Too bad of service and people working.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ El trato al cliente es pésimo. Legas saludando con un "Buenos días" y ni si quiera te contestan el saludo. Tienes que estar detrás de ellos para que te atiendan y lo peor es que de mala gana, los molestas por hacerlos trabajar.
The customer service is lousy. You say hello to him with a "Good morning" and they don't even answer your greeting. You have to be behind them to be cared for and the worst thing is that you reluctantly bother them for making them work.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ La atención super mala tienes que estar rogando casi para que te atiendan, para conseguir una moto es esperar a que te contesten, me repitieron mis datos y cuando me dieron mis papeles dos veces tuvieron que rectificarla, pésimo servicio lamentablemente

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A bajado su calidad si compras una moto deberían de darte un permiso para circular cosa q no sucede y los vendedores t ofrecen servicios de trámites de placa y son mal quedados se van hasta tapalpa al trámite teniendo a las oficinas de vialidad a 3 cuadras!! No t pueden mandar una factura electrónica terrible servicio
Its quality has gone down if you buy a motorcycle they should give you a permit to circulate something that does not happen and the vendors do not offer plate processing services and they are badly left they go to the paperwork with the road offices 3 blocks away! They can't send you an electronic bill terrible service
