★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Quiero sacar una cita y cuando llamo me dicen que ponga el número de extensión (lo cual es imposible porque las quitaron de la página) y cuando me quedo esperando en la línea la operadora contesta y se escucha como cuelga el teléfono. Sería genial si volvieran a poner las extensiones en la página o si mínimo las pusieran aquí, ya que también me ha pasado que la operadora me dice que me va a contactar con la especialidad y después cuelga, al cabo de unos minutos de espera llamo otra vez y pasa lo que mencioné anteriormente.
Requiero la extensión de dermatología y ginecología, me agradaría también saber si la cita es por teléfono o tengo que ir hasta allá por mi ficha, gracias.
 I want to make an appointment and when I call they tell me to put the extension number (which is impossible because they removed them from the page) and when I wait on the line the operator answers and I can hear how the phone hangs up. It would be great if they put the extensions back on the page or if at least they put them here, since it has also happened to me that the operator tells me that she is going to contact the specialty and then hangs up, after a few minutes of waiting I call another once and what I mentioned above happens.
I require the extension of dermatology and gynecology, I would also like to know if the appointment is by phone or I have to go there for my file, thank you.

While at the hotel, my moms blood pressure shot up......The street in front of the hotel was closed due to de Mexican presidential inauguration. No uber and no taxi....4 AM.... the bell boy told me about this clinic and we walked over there..... less than two blocks away.....we entered through the rear entrance on Pino Suarez Ave. Two big wooden doors next to a business called Leon......Thank God they didn't turn us away.....I've heard horror stories about the Mexican medical apparatus....we were treated very well.....
