I went at around 12 at night and the pediatrician who treated me said... he is unbalanced and not breathing, that was all he said and he made a long list of prescription p...what I did was go to the civil hospital and quickly do a nasal wash and he began to breathe and my baby calmed down they checked him and told me not to give him any of what the doctor had prescribed

"THE WORST GASTROENTEROLOGIST" Terrible service I went a year ago due to colon problems for which I was asked for 3 appointments in which they were the gastroenterologist and 2 in the general practitioner, in which I had to pay full price when I don't even know if I could call him "consultation" what they did, I had to pay for studies that not even the "specialist" was sure were the right ones and in addition to taking more than an hour to get to the scheduled appointment, he was bothering and harassing me because I told him that I was passing a lot of time with sick cats to see if that could have something to do with my problem, in my file I could see that it put "the one with cats" or something like that at the top. Too bad that man did not give me any explanation for my problem, it is just a waste of money with such incompetent staff. For me, this man is the clear example of doctors who only study medicine for the money and are frustrated because not even with all their years of study did they achieve that.

October 22 was my caesarean section and I can see that the care was more than excellent, far superior to hospitals such as the goose or the little gin, thankful I am with all the nurses and doctors especially the Gynecologist Dr. Juan Godínez. 100% recommended in the maternity area.

I went with my son (adult) to have an X-ray taken, they charged him and we went to leave the ticket to the X-ray room in a little box that they have outside the room, there was no one and we waited for them to call us, they spent 15 minutes and a girl came out of the bathroom and tried to enter the X-ray room and saw the ticket and left it there, she went to the emergency room and it took another 10 minutes, she left the emergency room and went through the reception area and it took another few minutes, I go to reception and tell the receptionist that there is no one in the X-ray rooms (there are 2) and she tells me that the girl is already going there to take the X-ray (until then I still didn't know who the radiologist was) I go through the covid area and the girl sitting there using her cell phone, it takes another 10 minutes, she comes out and goes and takes my son's ticket and goes into the X-ray room spends more time and It does NOT come out, I go to reception and tell them that if they are not going to take the X-ray, they should give me the money back because it had already been 50 minutes and m They tell me to go to the register, the cashier tells me that the money is NOT returned and I tell her that it is not my fault that her radiologist is wasting her time and in the end they returned my money. AWFUL SERVICE they treat you as if you were going to ask for something for free. When there are more people who are waiting for the same service, it is understandable, but when you are alone and because you are wasting your time, they do NOT attend to you, then they are AWFUL.

Good attention, the girls who attend try to do everything as fast and fluid as possible, I liked how they attend and the prices are very cheap, they have parking in the back (around the corner).

To whom it may concern from the San Bernabe hospital staff...... In front of the hospital entrance there is an object about to fall, and people of all ages pass under it, from babies who carry them to older adults. There is a danger that it will fall and hit someone. Attentive call to be attended or at least cordon off the area so that no accident happens.
