★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pros ✅ Nice Hotel, beautiful decor, rooms are a good size, photogenic, walking distance from everything, polite staff, the price is awesome, fast Wifi, comfortable beds, shower water pressure amazing, breakfast included.
Cons ❌ You are able to hear a loud conversation from the guest next door, it gets cold ? during cold months, mosquitos (well we only had one inside the room), funky smell inside the rooms (you get use to it), there is a bar in front of the hotel and even though our room was far back we could still hear the music and it made it hard to sleep.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Safe, convenient, clean. Your room is right outside the plaza and cathedral. Room are contemporary/modern. I am an Architect and I loved it (I don't give that praise easily). Lot of very nice restaurants within steps of the hotel entry. I do not think you will find a better place in Morelia for the price.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The hotel is very nice and clean. Friendly staff and beautiful building.
I took down one star because we were staying in the inside looking rooms and thought we would get minimal noise. Not the case. We were in the first floor and could hear people walking and talking in the hallway and by the elevators and the music from the Frida club on Friday and Saturday nights was loud enough to keep me up until past midnight.
Not sure if the rooms on the avenida madero are any better. Besides this small detail, all else was good.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Unsafe. Rude staff. Bad overall experience. A window broke during my stay, all the crystals were laying on the floor when I arrived to the room very late at night from a wedding; when reported to staff, they asked me if I wanted to switch rooms or if I WANTED TO STAY IN A ROOM WITH NO WINDOW! They even tried to charge me for the window. They were not concerned for my safety at any point. Don't stay here.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We stayed here in 1985 and 2022! Still quaint and comfortable. Excellent location. Helpful staff. Very clean. A little noisy and we had an inside room but to be expected in that location.
