★ ★ ★ ★ ★ La calificación buena es para los empleados del hotel, excelente atención por parte de todos los colaboradores, muy atentos durante nuestra estancia. Sin embargo la dueña del hotel muy déspota al hablarle a sus colaboradores, una de las noches que estuvimos ahí llego gritando por todo el hotel porque un cliente se había estacionado en su cajón designado (olvida que el cliente siempre es primero) lo peor fue la forma de pedirle a la persona en turno que buscara al dueño del auto que ocupaba su lugar, armando escándalo a altas horas de la noche y de forma muy muy grosera, para ella 0 estrellas.
 The good rating is for the hotel employees, excellent attention from all the collaborators, very attentive during our stay. However, the owner of the hotel was very despotic when talking to her collaborators, one of the nights we were there she came screaming throughout the hotel because a client had parked in her designated parking space (forget that the client always comes first) the worst thing was the way of asking the person on duty to look for the owner of the car that took his place, creating a scandal late at night and in a very rude way, for her 0 stars.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Good hotel close to the center of Montemorelos. My room was a bit small but still comfortable. A good option to spend the night if you want to visit Montemorelos or Bioparque Estrella. Parking and WiFi are free.
