★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nice, clean, comfort beds, hot water, althought the remote controld did not work at all and one of the receptionist was not very nice, maybe she had a bad day, because the other one, was great and polite, and the other employeers were nice as well, bell boy, waiters, and the cleaning ladies.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I Don't know if every room but mine is smelly. It smells like someone slept on these sheets just before I came in. I am not sure if I should cover with the blankets because San Cristobal is cold or because its smelly...
Cons: the restaurant should also serve authentic chocolate, not chocomilk.
They didn't allow our bus to leave us in front of the hotel. We had to walk some streets ahead, grannies and grandpa's from the tour were already tired, why should we pull a party of 60 to do this?
Pros: It has rooms for big parties. They brought our suitcases to the reception as they were blocks away from the hotel.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A nice looking hotel, but check your room on mould. As a guest here you can have a simple breakfast here, but they have a complicated and useless system of providing you with a ticket for it. Staff looks unmotivated and provide slow service. The location ofvthe hotel is okay, close to the shops, restaurants and the beach. A touringcar can't deliver you and your luggage in front of the hotel, a taxi however will.

The hotel service is perfect, not a single thing to criticize. Nice garden, very quiet although 2 blocks away from center

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pretty nice hotel, I believe the best in this area, the rooms are well equipped, comfortable beds, extra pillows and blankets, no AC but the weather there is cold, they have heaters available you only have to request it, the service is great, the gardens are beautiful very uncommon for this area, the plus they have spacious parking lot and super safe!
They have handicap ramps.
The food is good and prices too.
The staff is very friendly and focus on customer service.
Great location a few steps from Los Andadores and the Historical Center.
ATM around 2 blocks, pharmacy 1 block.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Wonderful hotel. Beautiful grounds with car park and friendly helpful staff. We were going to stay a day but ended up staying 4 days instead. Only 7 minutes walk to center of town and so peaceful .

Rooms are very clean.
But the rooms are very moist and cold, had to use 3-4 blankets at night.
Besides, on our last day after a week stay, when we wanted to leave the luggages with the front desk, they said there is a charge per bag to leave it for couple of hours... It's not about the value of the money honestly, as we left more tips for the luggage helper than the amount we paid to the front desk... But I have never seen that in any hotel, and I have been to hundreds of them in many countries. Even the much cheaper hotels don't charge for that. Honestly, overall, it's not worth the price they charge at this place especially given the management lack of hospitality.
