★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It is a good place to stay, I slept at the brownie room, and there was so complete, there are a beautiful view of the city, the only afwul was to get up all the stairs to get to the hotel. But my night was comfortable and nice.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Horrible experience!! Dirty rooms. They need to improve in bed sheets & towel. Need to hire people to deep clean the rooms. Curtains are so dirty. Bed sheets not on pairs. Mattress very uncomfortable. Rooms need furniture. No place to open your luggage. Bathroom very dirty & old. The lady in the kitchen was cleaning the room. The meaning of cleaning for them is changing bed sheets not moping the floors. Room had food residues on wall. Spiders on the ceiling. Manager did nothing to accommodate our stay in

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Rooms are acceptable The views are what you come for here though. Amazing overlook from the outdoor patio. Great place to relax at night or have breakfast in the morning. Quite the hike up the steps to get to the hotel, but it rewards you with a Stunning view of the city below.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My parents and I were considering on cancelling our reservation upon our arrival because of the amount of stairs to get to this hotel. We decided to stay as soon as we saw the beautiful view from the balcony, nothing beats the view from this hotel. The rooms are beautifully decorated, spacious, and clean. Our room had the beautiful view of the city of Guanajuato. We enjoyed the sound of the city throughout the night, which truly makes it unforgettable. The staff is friendly and accomadating to your needs. We enjoyed our stay and definitely plan to return on our next trip to Guanajuato.
