★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We came to Cancun with my 12 month daughter, They gave us a room on the second floor with NO elevator and we had a stroller. They told us we could hired a nanny 24 hrs before, and that was the main reason we choose this hotel just to find out that there were no nannies available because you have to schedule them a week before. Pick up at the airport was a mess. Rooms are so outdated and no child proof ( with stairs inside)
Positive points, staff was really nice and activities were great.
Think twice before booking here. Would not come back.
