A	ARINA PRITCH on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Horrible service, no soap in the bathroom, no bath matt, tiny dated noisy rooms, food was greasy, slow service, had to call back to the reception twice to get a bottle of water, bed bugs, issues with electricity, filming and conferences constantly ongoing in the hotel. On top of everything they lost part of my luggage on check out and still deny it.. HORRIBLE, do NOT STAY there!
l	laurent b. on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I would not return back to this hotel. I give it 3 stars. Why: Portals are pushing his hotel for whatever reason. The interior is dated -maybe 20 years old. Bathrooms are definitely due for a renovation. The hotel obviously caters to an international clientele but the rooms have no cupboards or infrastructure to hang clothes. We were not given the booked room category that was corrected the next day -albeit it was not the reserved suite (but a room with a balcony). The amenities kit includes ear plugs - for a good reason the aircon does a background humming noise whether it is or or not. The location of the place is excellent. All the time you were reading this review you should’ve been looking for a better hotel in the same area.
R	R K on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Speaking of the rooftop bar only. Pleasant view but not much of the city is actually visible. Service is poor and slow. Came in and ordered two cocktails which never got delivered, even after inquiry. Watched another group sit down and get served their drinks, so we got up and left. Not sure if it was discrimination or just bad management.

Our stay included breakfast and it was set-up beautifully every morning on the main level in the atrium (the food was delicious too). The terrace was also very nice. The staff was kind and helpful. I would recommend this spot to anyone visiting CDMX and would stay here again. So glad we found this hotel! Ps. I feel like it wasn’t advertised but there is a little open air gym. :)
