★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pase tres veces para poder encontrar a alguien en la recepción, la atención del personal fue indiferente, la habitación es cómoda, pero deja que desear, el baño es pequeño, el wi-fi es pésimo y la habitación no cuenta con televisión.
 I passed three times to find someone at the reception, the attention of the staff was indifferent, the room is comfortable, but leaves something to be desired, the bathroom is small, the wi-fi is terrible and the room does not have a television.

El único inconveniente es que la señora que me atendió fue un poco grosera pero no era la dueña de ahí en fuera todo bien
The place has everything you need to stay, the highly recommended restaurant and it is very close to the center
The only drawback is that the lady who attended me was a bit rude but she was not the owner from then on everything was fine

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fueron muy amables, tiene una vista increíble desde el 2do piso y la terraza. Las habitaciones son sencillas pero está muy bien para su objetivo. Descansar, ducharse y abrigarse por qué Tlalpujahua es un pueblito muy frío. Definitivamente volvería a hospedarme aquí
They were very nice, it has an amazing view from the 2nd floor and the terrace. The rooms are simple but fine for its purpose. Rest, shower and bundle up because Tlalpujahua is a very cold little town. I would definitely stay here again

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A beautiful little hotel very calming and peaceful atmosphere. Lots of flowers and decoration to help you feal relaxed and keeping it traditional. The restaurant and dining area was the same lots of little ornaments and decoration and beautiful art work on the walls. The food was probably the best i had in all of my stay in mexico. Well done to all staff who where friendly and polite will defo be back again. Thanks
