★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Esta agradable para pasar la noche, cuentan con chimenea eléctrica y tele con cable y el restaurante tiene mucha variedad de comida. El único inconveniente es que mi cuarto tenía olor a caño.
 It is pleasant to spend the night, they have an electric fireplace and cable TV and the restaurant has a wide variety of food. The only drawback is that my room smelled of sewage.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I'm embarrassed to say this review is for my visit LAST year during the Monarca migration. The room, the people, the place, not to mention the butterflies, are AMAZING! I plan on going again as soon as possible and highly recommend this hotel. PERFECT location!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The service here was excellent. The staff are friendly and helpful, and the restaurant food was delicious (if a little pricey). It was easy to get a tour to the butterflies from here. However, we came in winter and the room was absolutely freezing both day and night and there is barely any hot water. (There was a small fireplace which didn't do much and cost extra). This place would be good to stay in summer.
