La alberca completamente sucia, ya no dan botella de agua y el agua de la ragadera y lavabo sale salada. La recepcionista muy indiferente en el trato al cliente y la habitación no huele a limpia. A ratos fallo el suministro de agua, la alberca, a ratos está sucia, es decir deberían tener un programa de limpieza más seguido. En el área de entretenimiento el billar está descuidado ya que la mesa está ya pandeada y los sacos de las buchacas están rotos las bolas se caen al suelo y los tacos de billar ya están muy dañados. El administrador debería poner atención a estos detalles porque en general el hotel está bien, pero esto da a entender que lo están descuidando y eso que apenas van a cumplir un año. Hay cuestiones que deben de tratar, el wifi de las habitaciones es muy malo, no puedes realmente hacer uso de éste. La alberca se veía de color verde, por lo que, no nos dió confianza de meternos, y se veía un poco descuidada.

En las áreas comunes no están mal las mesas, pero la mesa de billar está muy dañada y los tacos para jugar están partidos a la mitad y pegados con cinta adhesiva, y ya no tienen punta. En los alrededores huele a basura. El servicio no está mal pero le falta. A mi parecer es un hotel donde podrías pasar la noche de emergencia pero no para quedarse muchos días. C	C E on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ El hotel tiene 9 meses operando, no está mal pero la habitación que nos dieron el cristal de la ventana corrediza estaba roto y el agua de la alberca no se veía muy limpia del todo. La habitación por noche en Semana Santa fue de $1,600 por ese precio si me habría gustado que el hotel estuviera en mejores condiciones. El personal de recepción amable, la limpieza en las habitaciones una vez llegamos y como que solo extendieron la colcha porque la sabana estaba casi tirada. Por el tiempo que lleva podría decirte que están en el periodo de errores de inicio. Pero si es una buena opción, no se si la mejor. El estacionamiento que tiene es un terreno enfrente que a mi parecer está pequeño y luego si la gente que llega no se estacionar bien pues entran menos coches de los que podrían.
