★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bedbugs in room #303. Management refused to give me a new room or refund the night I lost sleep. Mattresses are terrible old and probably the whole hotel is full of bedbugs! Disgusting. January 2018.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Rooms were nice and clean. Beds were a little uncomfortable and pillows. Still had a nice sleep. Service was awesome. Beautiful hotel. I went to the bar to have a quick beer. Bartender offered to make me a michelada. It was the best michelada i have ever had and i have had hundreds of micheladas. Alot of places walking distance. Restaurants, bars, and convenience store. Great location if your new to the area.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Good hotel. Very good location. Breakfast could be a little better, it is served in a separate room, which is not so nice to eat in - it resembles the canteen of a factory, instead of a dining room of a hotel. We had a big quiet room at ground floor level. Check-in and check-out are smooth; friendly staff. The hotel is ideally placed for a strawl in the center of Zacatecas - you can do almost the whole city center by foot. Only for the mine you need a cab or a bus (or the cable-car, which is of course the only right way :-))

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Really really super location the room was very comfortable we got two king size beds and the room was big enough for two more with room to move around. Breakfast was minimal but okay. My complaint was they close the pool at 8 in the evening trauma makes no sense to me it's an indoor pool and not accessible to anybody but guests. Also the exercise room closed at 9 and it was still 75 degrees at 8 I didn't want to exercise. Staff was very friendly I do highly recommend it but make sure if you going to swim or exercise do so early.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ No remote control in my room, called front desk and someone was supposed to bring one to me but after waiting 20min, went to get it myself. Then the TV still didn't work. A worker came and he could get any cable channels and the beds were hard. They moved me to another room, and I could only get one channel beds still hard. Very disappointing. The only good thing is the location.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great older hotel in a fantastic location. Very effective and friendly staff too, speaks English too. Rooms are older and need some updating but they are clean and very large. Has very secure parking in underground garage. Will stay again.
