Hotel Mision de los Arcos - 70987 Crucecita

This was the first place we decided to stay on our trip to Huatulco. We spent two nights here, we also ate at the restaurant downstairs and the food was even better. The staff here is great, it's a very clean hotel. What I liked most about this place is the convenience. You can take a walk around the town and get to see all the neat local shops. You can head across the street to La Crema Bar to experience the nightlife with the locals. It's only a 15-20 minute drive to the beaches via taxi. The area is perfect, people are great, and again the food downstairs is amazing. When we first arrived, there were two stray dogs hanging out in front, my girlfriend loved them. She even helped the hotel maid feed them. On our last day we learned that Sam the owner is an animal lover too and he helps plenty of the stray cats and dogs around the town. Great guy, he's as friendly as his staff and sure knows how to make you feel welcome. There's a reason this place was rated #1 on Tripadvisor, I would highly recommend staying here. Super affordable!

Best restaurant I have been in Oaxaca. The staff are super friendly and knowledgeable. The food is incredible!!!!! Me and my husband have been there for breakfast, lunch and dinner and have had a 5 plus star meal every time! This is a place you don't want to miss!!!! You have to try the coconut stuffed French toast!!! It's their signature dish and it is incredible!!!

Great location in town. Room was very nice, great quiet air conditioner. The neighborhood is a little loud at night but not too bad to sleep. Bed was very comfortable, rooms where clean, overall it was great.

It was great. Great location in middle of all but quiet room with excellent AC, modern bath, great shower, very good restaurant downstairs. Nice space, very comfy bed, loved the long pillows, nice flat TV. Excellent stay.

What a fantastic hotel, especially at this price. The rooms are impeccably clean, with a comfy bed, hot shower, and icy cool AC. The location is hard to beat--only steps to the zocalo, a 15 to 20 minute walk to the beach/marina, and with services like lavanderias right around the corner. The staff was exceptional from top to bottom--Gerson in particular was a standout, helping us navigate all of the tour operators in town to get set up with a top-notch boat tour of the bays. Even the in-house restaurant, Terra Cotta, was awesome, and we ate most of our breakfasts there. We look forward to coming back!

We just returned from a wonderful vacation in Huatulco. Greatly enjoyed staying at Mision de los Arcos. It is a very small hotel but service is excellent. Rooms 108 & 109 are the best ones in the Hotel. 109 has a hot tub outside and is a nice suite. Horacio in the front desk is awesome and the rooms were spotless. Good A/C during hot times. Terracotta restaurant is very good. You can't beat the location if you enjoy town plaza, music, restaurants and mercado. Santa cruz Beach is the closest and pretty good. I highly recommend it. We noticed many Americans staying here!

I stay at this hotel every time I come to Huatulco. If you read my previous review, I have always loved staying here. This time I came for work and in four days I did not have one minute of internet connectivity. I understand it is Mexico but in four days, not one minute of Connectivity? I can't have that. This may be my last stay here. I was very, very disappointed with this lack of service. I was not crazy about the cats bunking down in the lobby either!

I love staying at this hotel, I go every year, but it is just for relaxing time, I do enjoy my time here, I did not have any WIFI, which is a boomer, but, overall I had a pretty good resting time, it is quiet, Hotel has a lot of room for improvements, such as coffee maker for the coffee lovers, a do not disturb sign, little details that will make their customers happier. Customer service is decent enough, housekeeping is also very active and attentive, comfortable beds that’s for sure, is an small hotel and depending on your economy could we said that is not cheap but neither is expensive, it has an accesible price.
