★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Está muy bien en ubicación sólo un pequeño detalle nos estuvo fallando el Internet en la noche y se arreglo hasta la mañana siguiente. La habitación estaba bien climatizada, lo que es ideal porque hace mucho calor en Coatzacoacos. Había agua caliente en la noche, pero n la mañana no salía agua caliente.

Llegue 1am y si tenía agua caliente que fue lo mejor.
La factura la entregan impresa, y eso está excelente?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Es recomendable si solo vas de paso a descansar una noche. Cuenta con lo básico. Debes dejar $100 como resguardo del control del clima y la tv, te los devuelven enseguida cuando los entregas.
El personal, un joven muy amable, cortes; no tienen estacionamiento pero el chico muy amable te dice donde puedes estacionarte. Te facturan una vez terminado el vencimiento de la habitación y te dan la factura impresa. Lo que cambiaría sería las condiciones de las toallas y las sábanas qué están un poco rasposas.
***Destacó la atención que me brindó el chico de recepción, le pongo un 10, tener personal así laborando es de 5 estrellas.
