★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Recibimos mala atención del joven que estaba en la recepción del hotel pues queríamos entrar al restaurante a tomar algo para refrescarnos y nos dijo que estaban preparándose para poner la barra de la comida, por lo que no había servicio. La srita del restaurante quiso atendernos pero él no la dejó argumentando que se estaban preparando oara la comida.
No nos quedó más que salirnos si consumir nada.
We received bad attention from the young man who was at the hotel reception because we wanted to go into the restaurant to have something to refresh ourselves and he told us that they were preparing to put the food bar, so there was no service. The lady from the restaurant wanted to attend us but he did not leave her arguing that they were preparing food for us.
We had no choice but to leave without consuming anything.

La comida es buena, aunque tardan un poco al servir, cuando fui había pocos comensales, tal vez a eso se deba la demora; el trato del personal es muy bueno. Se vive un ambiente confortable, con música de fondo adecuada para la charla y la comilona.
Cuidado con los mingitorios del baño de hombres no funcionan, el botón de desagüe no está conectado, tiran agua. No hay advertencia previa del desperfecto.
Te recomiendo pedir permiso para visitar el jardín del hotel.
I visited the restaurant, I did not stay there. The food is good, although they take a while to serve, when I went there were few diners, maybe that's the reason for the delay; The treatment of staff is very good. There is a comfortable atmosphere, with background music suitable for chatting and feasting.
Beware the urinals in the men's restroom don't work, the drain button isn't connected, they leak water. There is no prior warning of failure.
I recommend asking permission to visit the hotel garden.
