★ ★ ★ ★ ★ If I could give less than five stars, I would. The bar and restaurant are beautifully situated amongst the trees, but the staff ruin it. They are incredibly frustrating and will not accomodate any dietary requirements. I’m vegetarian and they would not remove meat from any of the items so I could eat here. In fact, they claimed that the kitchen did not “have any vegetables” even though all of their dishes are accompanied by vegetables.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Service at this place is absolutely awful. A group of us wanted to eat the the restaurant and the host at the entrance was beyond rude and arrogant, that we decided to leave.
We decided to take our business next door and ended up racking up a 10k MXN check.
Others have apparently commented the same on here.
Glad we took our business elsewhere.
Will not be going back and will recommend to everyone that visits not to go here .

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Really weirded out by the bad reviews. My experience at the hotel was excellent. Stayed here with my mom and had no issue with noise, service or food. The place is lovely, I'm guessing everyone here was expecting a more resort-like experience, but this is a BOUTIQUE hotel, and you get exactly that. Hand made furniture done by Mexican artisans and it shows. Yes, the room is a tad small but it's perfect for two people. Breakfast is absolutely delicious! We had dinner here too and everything was delicious, though a bit expensive. Besides that, we had no issues with service, noise or anything else. Great place, just remember it's a boutique hotel, not a corporate bland plain resort.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We ate at the upstairs terrace restaurant.Views from the restaurant are beautiful but the bar tables look on to the lobby which is not that grand. Food was good (B-) but the service and staff left alot to be desired. The host downstairs at the door was friendly and professional but the upstairs staff was stuffy and not to the level I would have expected from this establishment. So many other wonderful restaurants in CDMX that unfortunately I can not recommend this venue.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Hands down, the worst service I have ever experienced in my life, anywhere! Some places save the day with a good attitude and service but these guys treat their clients very rude and take forever to do anything at all and even longer to bring it to your table and then on top of that, they get it wrong and the food is awful as well as the cocktails, never ever visit this place!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This place is beautiful but is a total rip-off and tourist trap. I live in Mexico City and have been here twice but won’t be going again. The food and drinks are massively overpriced and not very good. Cocktails are light on flavour and alcohol. There are so many better places in Mexico City so don’t bother going there.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This comment is specifically for the restaurant: live marimba (nice but a bit loud), good ambience. Overall the deco was folkloric but interesting. Nice views to Parque Mexico from the terrace. Service was good, friendly and relatively fast. Food was good, nice beef flautas. Loved their coffee, tasty, and almost unlimited. Menu was varied. Very recommendable for a weekend breakfast or brunch.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Poor service, extremely long wait for flavorless extremely spicy food. I had the red chilaquiles and I was surprised at how it could be so spicy but have absolutely no flavor. I always tip 20% and this time I didn’t because of the poor service (it took 45 minutes to get a plate of tortilla chips) and then I heard the waiter saying bad things about me! Wow
